"Life is calling" - Moxies Classic Grill.

The Kitchen Manager whom hired me went on a 4-day cocaine-binge. It took 4 shifts of him not showing up for work until they finally fired him. He came back today and begged for his job back. They re-instated him.

Yesterday I went out for one of my numerous coffee breaks and I noticed a truck parked right next to our patio that had "Calgary Police Services - Exploitives Disposal Unit" written on the side of it. I guess our patio of guests didn"t seem to notice this nor the numerous other police vehicles parked around it and the shit load of police officers trying to find out what the attaché case in the parking lot was for. It turned out to be a fake.



I haven"t been on time to work for the past 3 weeks now. The other day, a manager came up to me and said I had won an award. I asked if she was taking the piss and she told me I had won the Excellence in Action award. Out of all the employees that work for Moxies Chinook (about ~70 of them) I was voted the best employee for my 13373 dish washing ability. I celebrated the occasion by coming in 40 minutes late the next day and going and having a 45 minute breakfast with Twilla.
