G8 summit, sun bathing with Twilla 28th June 2002 in Calgary, Canada




I went downtown yesterday to get my ticket back to London and their were protesters and police everywhere. Their is a G8 summit going on outside of town right now. On Tuesday Air Force One landed at the airport. Here"s a pic of a guy blocking the LRT with a canadian flag.



It"s been hot as hell here lately. Wednesday was Twilla and I had the day off so we went and sun bathed and went for a swim in her pool.

I started a new workout routine with Twilla. Basically I wake up at 6:30am and head down to her place and we work out in her gym for 45 minutes a few times a week. We did it this morning and I felt really energized the whole day and didn"t feel tired like I usually do. I"ve lost a load of body fat and gained some bicep and tricep mussel since I"ve been back, working in a kitchen has to be one of the more physically demanding jobs I"ve had. Hopefully I"ll be able to tone my entire upper body with this new workout.
