Working out in the morning, hanging out in Calgary 30th June 2002 in Calgary, Canada


These morning workouts are wicked. Who thought getting up at 6am, walking for 40 minutes, doing at 10 minute workout of getting into Twilla"s building, doing a 10 minute workout of waking her up and then doing a 45 minute workout would feel so good. I have so much energy during the day and I"m sleeping great at night (not that sleeping was ever a problem in the past). Today we did a short 30 minute workout so we could spend 15 minutes in the sauna. Tomorrow is my day off from everything. I"m probably going to walk my dog in Fish Creek Park in the morning and hang out with Matt in Princess Island Park in the afternoon.



So what am I up to on a saturday night? I know it"s a little sad but It"ll be worth it once I"m back in London.
