Last night in Calgary 7th August 2002 in Calgary, Canada

Last night I went to Twilla"s around 8pm and we had a couple of shots with her flat mates. Then we made our way down to Limericks for a few pints and wings. After that we headed back to my mom"s place. The house was empty because my mom and step-dad are on an Alaskan cruse at the moment. We ordered some pizza, danced, used popsicles as glow sticks, played some chess and watched ?Jay and Silent Bob? before passing out. We woke up at 7am, cleaned the house and then slept until 9:30am. My dad then and picked us up and drove us to his place so I could get my luggage and say good bye. Then my brother, Twilla and I headed up to the airport. We hung out there for a while, photographed a few mullets and then it was time for me to say good bye to them too. I boarded my plane with sadness that I was leaving so much, but it was a positive sadness, it"s not like I"m gone for good.

I arrived in London this morning, unfortunately I don"t have a lot of computer time to type it all out but basically: a bank machine ate my debit card, my MasterCard pin didn"t work, my bank of Montréal card is unreadable and the only cash I had was 130 Canadian which I converted. My hostel was already charged to my MasterCard so I just can"t spend cash until I got my new debit card next Thursday. I got a new mobile phone but I"m going to run all the time from my old one out first. I have a few C++ job interviews coming up soon. And London is a very dirty place.
