I would have gone to Australia, Anja and Mark to Be 22nd September 2003 in Hannover, Germany


I"m not feeling too good today. Next week I would have gone up to the pub in Bremen for quiz night, had Friday, Saturday and Sunday off and then on Monday I would have boarded a flight for Japan and Australia. I really hope I made the right decision for myself by not going and going to school instead. If I"m in Germany making more money and furthering my career then it would have been worth the loss, otherwise, I made an ill-throughout decision, destroyed my happiness and failed at a huge life goal unnecessarily. My wedding, school and unpaid work are eating away at my bank account and credit cards at the moment. I really hope things work out.

Today, I"ve been in Germany for one year and two days. Things were hectic in London but it never felt this bad, maybe something will turn around some time soon. I think my would-of-been holiday is tormenting me, I wanted to go back for 2.5 years and I had my ticket 4 months in advance. I still don"t know if I got any money back or if I lost all ?930.

School is ok but out of the 4 hours there, there are about 2.5 of which that I"m listening to others struggling to say simple words and sentences. Plus my teacher is never at a loss for ignorant comments, today she asked a Chinese student if they eat dinner sitting on the table and if they wear pants in public. On occasion I will ask her a question and she?ll usually say something like ?I told you that already?, that really pisses me off. I"m paying her ?400 a month to teach me, not keep track of that sort of thing. I just keep remembering that I"m not there to make her job something she can sleep through, she is there to teach me, even if she has to repeat something twice.
