It's freezing here!!! 7th September 2004 in Sydney, Australia


I finally arrived in Sydney after a 2 hour delay at Gold Coast Airport. It's proper winter down here, it's really cold but I'm still having a good time. I've met heaps of people, lots of Canadians, English, Germans and I've had full-on conversations in German. They all tell me I can speak the language pretty well which is nice to hear. I've done heaps of walking around and my feet are turning a funny colour from it. Tomorrow I'm off to Bondi Beach to see what it looks like in the dead of winter :-).
