Party in the Old Town 10th November 2006 in Tallinn, Estonia

This morning, Norris and I went for breakfast at Scotland Yard. I’ve eaten here before and I know the waitresses tend to speak English so I don’t bother ordering in Estonian. The waitress came up, I ordered in English, the waitress said “ok” and then Norris ordered in Estonian. Then the waitress asked Norris “So, what did your friend want to eat and drink?”

I spent my day shopping, eating lunch with a few colleges in a nice Russian restaurant and working out and swimming in the afternoon.

In the evening we had a get-together at Norris’ house where I got to see some people I haven’t seen in ages and I made some new friends at the same time. After that we went to De ja vu where we had a table booked. It was really nice.

Everyone was dressed up, we did lots of drinking, chatting, laughing, dancing.. Two tables away from us sat the former Prime Minister of Estonia and the current Mayor of Tallinn. I could never imagine such a time in London.

We finished off the night Dancing at Bonny and Clyde before returned in Norris’ for a 6am pizza breakfast.
