Wolfenstein, exploding packages and an upcoming payday 23rd November 2001 in Exeter, United Kingdom


I got Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Ghost Recon today. I went home at lunchtime and played Wolfenstein for about 5 minutes... it is the coolest game I have every played. I"m going to hide in my room playing on my PC tonight :-).

One of my packages from Canada showed up today. My Mom had sent a bottle of Parmesan cheese and customs thought that it was anthrax... so one explosion later they figured out it wasn"t, dropped everything back into the package and when the package got to DHL here in the UK, cheese was leaking all over the place. I was able to recover the gloves, a news article from the Calgary Herald about me, M&M;"s and a card. The winter hat was in pieces and covered in cheese. I"ll have to look harder at Tesco"s for Parmesan cheese I guess.

I think the Swedish girls might be coming by tomorrow night... we"ll probably head on down to the pub for a couple pints.

I love my PC... it"s sounds sad but I haven"t had a Desktop in over a year.. it feels so good to have one again.

I can"t wait to get paid next Friday!

I"ve almost been at my flat for a month now.
